No, the $249 is a one time fee good for the life of your property. As long as you do not do a drastic remodel or tear down the building you do not need to pay this fee again. This fee sets up your personal account and gets your virtual tour created.
Do I have to pay $50 a month when my unit is rented?
No, you only pay the $50 a month when your listing is activated. If your unit becomes rented your listing can be deactivated since you no longer need the advertising. When the current lease is set to expire simply log in and re-activate your listing for the monthly, 2 week, or weekly rate.
Do I have to do to pay the $249 for units that are part of duplexes, four-plexes, or complexes?
No, you only need to pay the $249 once. We will do a virtual tour of one unit and advertise whichever units are currently available on the listing. At the bottom of your listing there is a disclosure that states that the unit represented in the virtual tour is an average representation of what the individual units will look like.
Who do my potential renters contact?
You! All your information will be on your listing and yard sign. We are only marketing your property.
How do I get credit bureau reports?
If you are a member o f my-doorkey you will receive a 50% discount off of the credit bureau membership. You will only have to pay $75.00 to become a lifetime member of the credit bureau. There are no monthly or yearly renewals for the credit bureau membership.
What credit bureau do the reports come from?
Accudata, which is the credit bureau located in Jefferson City, Mo.
How do I become a member of the credit bureau?
You first must mail off an application which we will provide. Once you are approved, you pay your $75.00 membership fee and you have access to purchase various reports through your account login.

Do I Pay Commission When My House Sells?
No, you only pay the initial $495 and however many months you want your ad to run. If you seek the additional $1000 Upgrade to negotiate and complete the sales contract then you are responsible for the additional $1000. Our services do not work off of commission.

How does this process work?
When you sign up for a listing via the website a representative will call you to set up a date and time for the virtual tour. You will receive a presentation via email of how to stage your home for sale. A my-doorkey representative will then come to your home on the appointment day and time and take pictures, measurements, and gather information about the property. You will then sign forms and contracts for the listing. You will also be left with the necessary documents to provide to your potential buyers.
I found a qualified buyer for my home, what now?
For an additional $1000 we will negotiate and complete the sales contract, assist you with closing items such as inspections, and attend closing.
Do I have to pay the additional $1000 for assistance with closing?
No, this is only an option for those who are not familiar with the legal process.
